Harriet is an interior designer based in New York, and when she reached out to me, she had a specific vision in mind. She was inspired by the wedding of Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III in 1956 and wanted her own wedding photography to feel just as timeless and elegant.
We talked through the idea of using vintage equipment and settled on cameras and lenses from the 1950s, along with Kodak film, to stay true to the look she loved. The goal was to keep the day relaxed while creating something beautiful and classic. It ended up pushing me creatively in the best way, and I’m really proud of what we captured. Some of my favorite images I’ve ever made came out of this wedding.
